With another successful warm-weather training camp completed, coach Anthony Crolla talks us through the mental and physical benefits fighters gain from breaking routine and traveling overseas for warm-weather training.

The Project Boxing co-founder and his team of fighters made the short trip to Vilamoura for a week-long camp which mixed training and sparring at the Algarve Fight Academy, swim and sprint sessions on the beach, along with strength and conditioning at a local gym.

There was also time for a few games of Padel, and of course some rest and relaxation – not to mention the fantastic food and one or two cold Portuguese beers!
